FounderIn his own words
"I've always been drawn to technology and data, especially when it comes to finding simpler ways to help people improve how they live and work. Watching my parents build and run their own business growing up, I think entrepreneurship was always the path I was headed toward, flying solo rather than working for someone else.
That instinct really took shape while I was a General Sales Manager for one of the top three homebuilders in the country. I built out data visualization and filtering tools for our listings and reports, turning a process that used to be tedious and error prone into something faster, clearer, and more accurate. That project is where the idea behind OConn Automation started. I saw firsthand how much time gets lost, and how many opportunities slip through, when a process hasn't caught up with what technology can actually do."
The mission
Built on the same discipline that got me through the Marine Corps and a decade in sales: find the process that's wasting time and fix it. OConn Automation brings that mindset to small businesses of every kind, helping them get found online, answer every call and message, book more jobs, and earn more 5-star reviews, without adding more to their plate.
