These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by OConn Automation LLC ("OConn Automation," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

OConn Automation provides AI-powered call answering, appointment scheduling, and related automation services to businesses on a subscription basis, as further described in your signed service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws in their operating state or states, including call recording consent laws and telemarketing/text messaging regulations, and for promptly notifying us of any changes affecting service delivery.

Payment

Services are billed according to the pricing tier and terms outlined in your signed service agreement. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed, and are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that violates the rights of others.

SMS Terms

OConn Automation Messaging: By providing your phone number when you call our business line, book an appointment, or opt in through our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from OConn Automation LLC related to your request, including call confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to your questions. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotions and service announcements. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact info@oconnautomation.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

OConn Automation retains all rights to its software, AI systems, and related technology. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and customer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OConn Automation's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the signed service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
